The Ills have received more wonderful news after their successful trip to the Icelandic Airwaves. They have been announced to play the prestigious Dutch festival Eurosonic Noorderslag – and not just once, but twice. This means that Slovakia will have some representation in Groningen two years in a row now – 11 months ago, both Walter Schnitzelsson and Fallgrapp participated.
Eurosonic is one of the most important showcase festivals, and is of course complemented by a music conference. It is also amongst the oldest showcase festivals in the world – it is held annually since 1986. The regular date is at the beginning of January, and the 2017 edition will be held from January 11-14.
