Wave Klub

Wave Cultural Center hosts events of a various kind to offer local people of the city of Prešov an alternative culture different from the mainstream one. CC Wave works as a civic association, which brings together artists and people who are involved in the organization of cultural events in the cultural center. In addition to organization of their own events in music, visual arts, new media, film, events for children, workshops and lecture evenings for civic communities,  Wave promotes cooperation with the active associations from other regions of Slovakia. It contributes to the organization of common cultural events and festivals.

Since May 2016 a new room called “Studio” of contemporary culture is open and designed for activities in the field of theater, film, music, literature and program for children and families. Will also serve as home theater scene of the Prešov´s theatre  ‘Theatre cabinet of Vychodnar’.
